- 2024: R 17 735.00 per person per night, sharing – inclusive of 15% VAT
- 2024: The rate for ‘Exclusive Use’ will be R 177 350.00 per night
Low Season 1 May – 31 July
- 2024: R 16 235.00 per person per night, sharing – inclusive of 15% VAT
- 2024: The rate for ‘Exclusive Use’ will be R 162 350.00 per night
Peak Season 15 Dec – 5 Jan
- 2024: R 21 560.00 per person per night, sharing – inclusive of 15% VAT
- 2024: The rate for ‘Exclusive Use’ will be R 215 600.00 per night
- ‘Exclusive Use’ will apply to either the use of all 5 Villas / or more than 8 guests
- ‘Single Use’ – a single supplement of 50% will apply

- Madikwe Game Reserve entry fees: *Gate – R180.00 per person or *Flight – R240.00 per person – subject to official changes at anytime for 2024 / 2025
- Madikwe Daily Conservation fees: *Adult – R450.00 per person per day or *Child under 12 – R250 per child per day – subject to official changes at anytime for 2024 2024 / 2025

Child policy
- Children under 16 by arrangement
- Under 16 requires the use of a private vehicle – subject to availability and to be confirmed on enquiry, additional charges apply
- Exclusive use, no arrangements required
Deposit Policy
- All confirmed bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm reservation
- Balance payable 30 days prior to use
Cancellation Fees
- All cancellations must be in writing and will be accepted from date of receipt
- 61 days prior to arrival date – 25% of reserved fee is applicable
- 60 to 15 days prior to arrival –50% of the reserved fee is applicable
- 14 days and less – 100% of the reserved fee is applicable
- In the event of a 100% cancellation fee, JAMALA MADIKWE will undertake to reimburse 90% of the levied fee, should the villa be resold for the period in question
- FEDERAL AIR has a no refund policy and therefore, all reservations made by JAMALA MADIKWE on behalf of the cancelling party, will remain applicable and 100% of the fee will have to be paid by the cancelling party
